Program Registrations

Enroll online to enroll online for many of the Programs The Center offers.

The following JCC services must still be registered for in person at The Center and are not available for on-line purchase:

PLEASE NOTE:
The JCC regrets that it cannot apply Center discounts to program registrations purchased online. Members eligible for any discounts should register for programs by contacting the Center directly at 913-327-8000.

Payments 

Automatic Payment Plans
The Center offers several automatic payment plan options. As a member of the Center you can sign up for either EFT (checking account) withdrawals or our Credit/Debit Card plan. Both options are completely FREE and incredibly convenient. After choosing your installment method, you may pick between the 10th and the 25th for your repetitive to occur on. The 10th or 25th not convenient for you? No problem - simply write in the date that is best for your situation. You may also choose to pay off your dues over 3, 6 or 12 months. All that is needed to get your account set up on an automatic payment plan is the following authorization form to be filled out and returned to the Jewish Community Center accounting department. Enrollments and Purchases Made Easy:
Want a fast and easy way to enroll in programs? Ever want to purchase a comb at the Member Services Desk, or wish you could pay for that locker reservation, but keep forgetting to bring your checkbook or wallet?

You may now enroll in a program or purchase additional services, such as a massage or personal training session, without ever having to carry your checkbook or credit cards!

We offer TWO convenient methods:

1. Charges directly to a credit/debit card on file
2. Charges directly to your membership account to be drafted at the end of the month.

Charges directly to a credit/debit card on file:
You can now store your credit/debit card information safely and securely at the Center. If you are currently on a credit/debit card monthly payment plan for membership, child care, or camp, your information is already encrypted in our system. Nothing else is needed to set this up - you may start using this feature immediately.

If you are not on a credit/debit card payment plan for any program or membership, all you need to do is call Natalie in Accounting at 913-327-8036 or any accounting staff person. Once entered into our system your credit card number will be fully encrypted and kepy confidential.

To use this feature at the Fitness and Sports Member Services Desk or upstairs Reception Desk, simply tell the staff person, "charge it to my card!"

Charges directly to your membership account:
We also allow any member and immediate family members to items directly to their membership accounts, to be drafted via credit/debit card or EFT (Checking Account Withdrawls) at the end of each month. We recommend this option for families enrolling in a variety of programs or paying for multiple items on automatic payment plans, because it allows for a single charge each month rather than multiple withdrawls throughout the month.

For example, if you are on seperate payment plans for membership, early childhood, camp, Melton classes, dance or aquatics, this payment method will set one date each month when all of your drafts will occur, relieving you of the need to track multiple withdrawls throughout the month.
