The King and I
It's the 1860's and the Western world is closing in on Thailand.   Hoping to give his family the necessary knowledge to survive in this New World, Thailand's King hires a British governess, Anna, to tutor his many children.  With both keeping a firm grip on their respective traditions and values, Anna and the King grow to understand and, eventually, respect one another, in a truly unique love story.

The dazzling Rodgers and Hammerstein score, including “Getting to Know You,” “Shall We Dance,” “I Whistle a Happy Tune,” and many more make The King and I one of the most unforgettable musicals of all time.
