Master Swim

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

5:45 - 6:45 am
Experience the invigoration of a early morning or a mid-day lap swim with other enthusiasts. Coaches Rob Kingsbury & Dave Schiffer will lead you through a one hour workout that is sure to challenge the mind and body.

Water Aerobics


Wednesday / Friday
8:00 am - 8:55 am
Just getting started? Aquafit is a great place to begin your water fitness program. Each class will focus on toning and tightening as well as a moderately paced aerobic workout in shallow water.


Monday / Wednesday / Friday
9:00 am - 9:55 am
Are you are looking for a fun way to increase strength, flexibility and improve your range of motion? Aquacize is a great way to tone and tighten the upper, lower and core body muscles. The use of aquatic fitness equipment allows you to utilize the resistance of water and personalize your workouts to meet your fitness level. This class is taught in both shallow and deep water. Floatation devices are used in the deep water.

Water Power

Tuesday / Thursday
9:00 am - 9:55 am
Challenge yourself with a Water Power workout. This class will help you get your heart rate up regardless of your current fitness level. The toning portion of the workout is done in deep water with floatation devices.


Get Wet Get Fit

Monday / Wednesday
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Get Wet/Get Fit is the complete body workout. This class uses pilates, yoga and other techniques to work all the muscle groups as well as providing a custom cardio workout. This upbeat class works in both the shallow and deep water portions of the pool. Flotation devices are used in the deep water.

H2O Totally Fit

9:00 am - 9:55 am
This unique class takes the best of Yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing and other exercise techniques and brings them together into one great aquatic Workout. We will lead you through a series of moves that will help increase strength, tone and tighten, improve balance, flexibility and range of motion. This class is perfect for anyone recovering from an injury or are not quite ready for weight bearing exercises on the fitness floor.
