The JCC is open to all people regardless of race or religion.

What do I get with my membership?
Your membership to The JCC gives you the following benefits:

  • Fitness Facililty: includes FREE Group Exercise classes, TechnoGym Cardio and Strength Equipment, spa quality locker rooms and much more! 
  • Childrens Programs: including Camps, Kids Konnection, Vacation Days and our Nationally Accredited Child Development JCC (CDC).
  • Cultural Arts: including the annual Jewish Film Festival, various theatre productions, Jewish Arts Festival and a variety of other performers and events throughout the year!
  • Adult Jewish Learning: includes a huge number of learning opportunities as well as interfaith programming. 
  • Heritage JCC: fun programs and events for seniors age 65+.
  • School of Dance: dance classes for a variety of ages and skill levels.  

What makes The JCC's fitness facility different?
Our Fitness & Sports Department has designed its programs around helping our members improve their health, not only through working out, but through education and assessments which will give them the tools needed to live a healthier lifestyle. We offer more than 60 FREE Group Exercise classes a week, Yoga classes for various skill levels, Adult and Youth Sports and Recreation opportunities and much more! Our goal is to ensure that our members benefit from the knowledge our trained staff has to offer. What kind of activities do you have for my children?
Our Youth Programs focus on the development of your children through education, team building and fun! The JCC's Child Development JCC (CDC) is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Our Summer Camps are designed to include activities that campers most enjoy...sports, outdoor games, recreational and instructional swimming, arts and crafts, music and more! We also offer year round programs including dance classes, Vacation Days, Youth Fitness Zone, swimming lessons, Birthday Parties, Kids Konnection, Saturday Night Out, Rec Leagues and more! What else do you offer at The JCC?
The JCC offers many programs available to members and non-members. Our Cultural Arts Department presents a Jewish Film Festival in the Spring, Theatre Productions throughout the year, a Jewish Arts Festival and many other events varying year to year. We also offer outstanding dance programs through our School of Dance. Our Heritage JCC has become a place for Senior Adults 65+ to come together with programs such as S.M.A.R.T Men, Health and Fitness programs, art classes and more!
 We provide a vast array of opportunities to enhance personal growth, family development and strong community.

What type of payment options do you have?
You may authorize a checking account withdrawl or credit card or debit card charge of equal installments monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly commencing on your join date or in the month of your renewal. Payment Authorization form.

 Do you have scholarships availble?
The Jewish Community JCC will not deny anyone membership because of inability to pay the established dues. All requests for fee adjustments are considered on an individual basis with complete confidentiality. To apply please contact Samantha Agron, Scholarship Coordinator, at 913-327-8070. What types of memberships do you have?
We have a membership plan for everyone! The JCC's Membership Department has developed membership plans for Single Parents, Families, Full-Time College Students, Seniors and More! For more information, call 913-327-8000.

Do you have a gift shop at The JCC?
The JCC does not have a gift shop. We do offer gift cards to The JCC, as well as a variety of seasonal Gallery showings. Visit our Gallery page to see what's showing!

Are you a Synagogue?
The JCC is a pluralistic Jewish Community who serves the needs of the entire Greater Kansas City Community. We are open to people of all faiths and backgrounds. As a community JCC we offer a newly renovated fitness facility, excellent youth programs, cultural arts events for all ages, adult Jewish learning programs, senior adult activities and much more!

How many guests can I bring?
Members of The JCC are able to bring as many guests as they would like! Members may purchase daily guest passes - $5 per child 15 and under/$10 per person 16 and over - at the Member Services Desk or the Front Desk. Each guest is limited to 5 visits per year. Do you have out-of-town guests interested in using our facility while they are here? Members may purchase weekly and monthly passes at the Front Desk for out-of-town friends and family. Members are limited to 3 separate purchases for a maximum of 30 days per year. Call 913-327-8000 for rates. Unaccompanied visitors and those who have exceeded the visit limit may purchase daily passes for $20.
