All classes on the Group Exercise Schedule and the Water Aerobics Schedule are
FREE with your paid membership! 

Members can choose from more than 60 classes a week!
Free Group Exercise Classes make your membership a great value and are a great way to make new friends!

It's never been so easy for you to Get Fit, Be Fit and Stay Fit!
All Group Exercise Classes include 7 - 10 minutes of warm-up, 5 - 8 minutes of cool-down, abdominal work and stretching.
Participants should work at their own pace during class. Modifications are given to increase or decrease intensity.
Did we mention that all Group Exercise classes are FREE to members??

BodyAttackBODYATTACK - is a high-energy sports-inspired cardio workout that builds strength and stamina. You'll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower-body conditioning exercises for building strength.

BodyCombatBODYCOMBAT - is The Workout With Punch, an energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered.
BodyFlowBODYFLOW - the Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. 

BodyJamBODYJAM- you'll dance away the pounds with this combination dance/cardio workout.
BodyPumpBODYPUMP - is hailed as the Fastest Way in the Universe to Get in Shape. Challenge yourself with the original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body.
BodyStepBODYSTEP - is an All Systems Go sep workout. Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear.
RPMRPM - is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Get the rhythm and burn up to 600 calories per class!
BodyViveBodyVive - A low-impact, mid-level cardio class that includes functional strength and core exercises.
CX WORX - Moderate to high intensity core strength training. 6 Tracks to a 6 Pack.
ConditioningCONDITIONING - Athletic moves with lots of fun stuff. Combines Step, Hi-Low & Toning. Be ready to work!  

ZUMBA - fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. It is one hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movement.
PilatesPILATES - Prepare to strengthen and stretch your body through an ordered series of exercises, with no impact to your joints.
Group Cycle  GROUP CYCLE - Ride your way to a leaner, stronger body with pedal-pushing music and a motivating group environment.  You will shed calories instantly and abundantly, with no complicated moves to learn!
Water AerobicsWATER AEROBICS - With the natural buoyancy of the water supporting up to 90% of your body weight, you will the best workout without stressing your muscles or joints!

 

If a class does not average at least eight participants per month, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class for the following month.

Please Note: No one will be admitted to classes 15 minutes after the scheduled start of class.
