Master Swim
Experience the invigoration of a mid-day lap swim with other enthusiasts. Rob Kingsbury will lead you through a one hour workout that is sure to challenge the mind and body. This ongoing class is FREE to members.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Noon-1:00 pm.

Stroke Improvement Clinic
If you like to swim laps but don't feel you are ready for the Masters, this class is for you. Dave Schiffer provides instruction for stroke improvement and leads an 1800 meter workout to build endurance. This ongoing class will enable you to feel more confident about your swimming technique. This class is FREE to members.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:45 - 6:45 am.
