Pool Information

The Center for Health & Human Performance Aquatics staff offers many swim instruction options – there is something for all ages at The Center! We offer beginning instruction for kids as young as 6 months, and continue into adulthood with everything from basic skills classes to water aerobics (FREE with membership), to hardcore training classes for athletes seeking to improve their skills. The Center Aquatics Department is an official American Red Cross Service Provider. All staff members and swim instructors are trained and/or certified. See the links below for more information on all of our Aquatics programs.
