What is CrossFit?
CrossFit training is functional movements done at high intensities. It is important that you take the intensity level and define it for yourself based on your athletic and fitness levels.

This program is for anyone wanting to take it to the next level, get in shape or would just like to switch up their routines. It includes all modalities of training (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics movements and metabolic conditioning) and can be scaled to meet an athletes needs.

Schedule:

Monday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:15 am, Noon, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm (Oly Lifting)

Tuesday: 5:30am, 9:15 am, Noon, 4:30pm (Youth CT), 5:30pm

Wednesday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:15 am, Noon, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm (Oly Lifting)

Thursday: 5:30am, 9:15 am, Noon, 4:30 pm(Youth CT), 5:30 pm

Friday: 5:30am, 6:30 am, 9:15am, Noon

 

Saturday
Open Room Time - 9:00 to Noon
(Must be a part of CrossFit program to attend open room time)
 WOD - 9:30 am

Sunday
Open Room Time - 7:30 to 11:00 am
(Must be a part of CrossFit program to attend open room time)

 

CrossFit - CrossFit also known as “The Sport of Fitness” includes a Workout of the Day (W.O.D.) that combines strength training and cardiovascular conditioning by using both body weight and weighted exercisesperformed either for time or for task.CrossFit classes are for Mixed-level athletes that have  experience with CrossFit style classes.

On Ramp - On Ramp classes teach the foundational movements of CrossFit to ensure you can perform the regular CrossFit Workouts efficiently, safely and correctly. This workout is combined with a W.O.D. featuring the skill taught for a challenging workout for everyone. On-Ramp workouts are for both new and seasoned CrossFitter’s alike.

Metcon - Metcon classes focuses on improvement of the cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory systems through a variety of functional exercises executed at high intensity. These classes performed in circuit training style are based on CrossFit movements and incorporate movements with one’s own body weight, weight equipment and some strong man skills.


Monthly Rates

2 Sessions Per Week = $50 Member / $110 Non-Member

Unlimited Sessions Per Week = $70 Member / $150 Non-Member


Drop In Rates

Single Session = $15 Member / $25 Non-Member


Couple Rates

2 Sessions Per Week/Month = $90 Member / $150 Non-Member

Unlimited Sessions Per Week/Month = $110 Member / $200 Non-Member
