Membership Cancellation Policy

Memberships are automatically renewed at identical terms at the end of the original term unless either party gives advanced written notice to the other of at least 30 days prior to the renewal.

The exceptions to this policy are: 1) If the member is moving out of the Greater Kansas City Area. 2) The member has a medical condition that precludes them from using the facility. This would require documentation from the treating physician.

If the member has encountered extreme financial issues, the member would have to apply for, and begin, the scholarship process.
