Open Adult Basketball League
16 yrs & up
Players 16 and older sign up individually and JCC Staff form teams to create parity. Rosters are small and games are played 4 on 4 to maximize playing time for all participants. Referees and scorekeepers are provided for all games. Standings are kept. Register by March 25 to guarantee a spot. There is a one time $15 jersey fee. Jerseys may be used for all JCC basketball leagues.

Pick-Up Basketball League

Participants sign up individually and teams are recreated each week. Participation is limited to 24 to allow maximum playing time for all participants. There are no referees but JCC Staff will be present. Registration is open to the first 24 participants. Players may participate on a drop in basis for $7 per night, only if spots are available.

Racquetball/Squash
The JCC has four racquetball courts, one of which easily converts to a squash court. All courts are reserved through Member Experience Desk at 913-327-8010. Courts may be reserved up to six days in advance.

Racquetball Tournaments
variety of tournaments are offered throughout the year. All tournaments feature refreshments and prizes. Balls are provided. Register through the Member Experience Desk.
Fall Singles Tournament
A, B and C Divisions offered. Two match guarantee. Format will be determined basedupon number of participants.

Racquetball Challenge Court
Select days and times are set aside for competitive pick-up games of racquetball. No reservations required.

Wallyball
Drop in for a fun, competitive night of coed wallyball. Enjoy the challenging sport of volleyball in the closed environment of a racquetball court. Any shot goes in this fun, fast paced game.

Softball
The JCC offers individual and team sign-up softball leagues during the summer. More information on these programs will be available after the first of the year.

Tennis
The Jewish Community Center is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Perkins to the Center's Sports and Recreation Department. Todd's duties will include development and administration of the JCC's new tennis programming as well as assist Sports and Recreation Coordinator Bob Hennecke with the JCC's adult and youth sports and recreation programming. Todd is a USPTA certified tennis professional that has been coaching tennis full time for the last 20 years. The last 10 years he has worked at the Kansas City Racquet Club where he co-founded the T-Rex Tennis Academy. During this time, the Academy became one of the premier junior programs in the Missouri Valley area. Todd trained and developed students who went on to win numerous State, Sectional and National titles.
Prior to coaching at the T-Rex Tennis Academy, Todd served as Director of Junior Development at Leawood Country Club for 10 years. During this time, he organized and directed all club activities and instructed juniors and adults in group and private lessons from beginner to national level. Todd graduated from Emporia State University earning all conference honors. In addition, he won 2 High School State Titles and finished runner up twice and was named a Prince High School All American.
Please welcome Todd as he is extremely excited to hear from the membership regarding the type of tennis programming desired at the JCC.
