Personal Training for Adults & Youth
For those who want more than the basic equipment orientation, one of our certified personal trainers reviews your exercise history, assists you in Personal Trainingestablishing realistic, attainable goals and designs an exercise program that will help you reach those goals. Your program may include free weights, TechnoGym Strength machines, cardiovascular equipment, Kinesis and other activities. If you wish, your personal trainer can be with you at every workout as a motivator, spotter and educator. Or meet with your personal trainer semi-regularly for an update in your program or for special assistance.
